    Local rules

    Stay lengths, fees and conditions

    • Indefinite stay: Barbados, Belize and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (reciprocal arrangement effective 1 October 2025), plus OECS freedom-of-movement states.
    • Six months: all Commonwealth of Nations and CARICOM member states, the United States, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
    • Three months: Argentina, Belgium, Costa Rica, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, People's Republic of China, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Suriname, Sweden, United Kingdom and Venezuela.
    • 21 days: all other nationalities, granted to bona fide tourists holding a return ticket who satisfy the Immigration Officer they will not stay beyond 21 days.
    • Cuba is reported at 28 days. We have not been able to confirm this against the government page — treat it as unverified.
    • Source conflict left unresolved: the Discover Dominica tourism site states that US, Canadian and French nationals receive two weeks, which contradicts the government page placing the United States at six months and France at three months. We use the government page values.
